Updated: Sep 22, 2022

SB19 and their special guests shone brightly on day one of their special, 2-day anniversary concert, Our Zone. Living up to their standard, SB19 provided an emotional, highly-charged evening. Here are some of the highlights from day one:

Opening Act by Special Guest 4th Impact

P-Pop group, 4th Impact takes the stage at SB19's Ozone Concert.

Opening the show, 4th Impact wowed the audience with their incredible vocals and bold, flame-themed outfits. The smooth cover of their Bruno Mars and Anderson.Paak as Silk Sonic hit, 'Leave the Door Open,' showcased their voices perfectly, with their signature harmonies adding frills to the delicate sounds of the song.

Their first indie hit is a perfect initiation to newcomers on their versatility

'K(no)w More' served as a hint to the new, original music that 4th Impact is set to release - soon! Their first indie hit is a perfect initiation to newcomers on their versatility, as their ballad shifted to a harder beat and ended with rap. Welcome announcements were dropped at more songs to look forward to in the next year.

SB19 Takes the Stage, Plus Guest: AC Bonifacio

OPM Artist, AC Bonifacio with SB19 on stage after performing her new single, Fool No Mo!

'Mana' was not the expected start to Our Zone, but served as an excellent introduction to the new, dynamic stage. Additional dancers and an altered arrangement added much more to the performance, making it a new rendition of a fan favorite. Leading out the first set, which included 'Go Up' and 'Tilaluha,' it was a testament to the talent of Musical Director Adonis Tabanda (@adonis_tabanda)

AC Bonifaco’s first single, 'Fool No Mo!,' rocked the stage, showing that she’s as capable a singer and rapper as she is an internationally-known dancer. Will there be more music from her in the future? That is surely a yes.

Another Bruno Mars cover was brought to life when AC performed 'Uptown Funk,' complete with the signature dance moves while adding quite a few of her own. SB19 ended the song with her, reminding A’tin of their explosive collaborations in the past.

An Emotional Rollercoaster

Pablo took center stage throughout the performance, captivating the audience with his legendary vocals, dominant stage presence, and deeply emotional delivery.

'Nyebe' was what A’tin thought it would be and more. It wouldn't be an exaggeration to say this song brought the viewers to tears, both with the highly-charged lyrics and the strong vocals of all the members, making this everyone’s new favorite ballad. Lyricist and leader, Pablo took center stage throughout the performance, captivating the audience with his legendary vocals, dominant stage presence, and deeply emotional delivery.

SB19's Pablo was the emotional center of their first comeback song, Nyebe.

SB19’s comeback song, 'What?' was seen in a new light. Always known as an anthem of self-love and individuality, the members of SB19 revealed in a pre-recorded interview how 'What?' made them believe they could succeed despite the hardships they had experienced. Their even stronger performance underscored the intensity behind it and was likely their most powerful performance of the song to date.

P-Pop group, SB19 performs their hit single, MAPA

The emotional tension of the evening built as SB19 took the stage to perform their hit single, 'MAPA.' Always an emotional song for SB19 and A’tin alike, Ken found himself battling tears during his own solo, but persevered to deliver a heart-wrenching performance. Neither could Stell stop the break in his voice when he ended the song -- the final lyrics having proven to be an emotional moment for him in past performances as well. Overall, 'MAPA' proved to be as emotional for SB19 as it has been for fans all over the world.

P-Pop group, SB19 is surprised by their fans during their performance of SLMT

'SLMT' was as emotional for SB19 as it has been for A’tin, as the members were surprised by old friends, old colleagues, and A’tin houses greeting and thanking them for staying strong. The emotional roller coaster didn’t end there for SB19 as they were serenaded by the recorded voices of thousands of A’tin singing their song with them; thanking them just as SB19 has been doing with 'SLMT' all these months.

Curtain Call

Indeed, by the end, not a single member of SB19, nor its staff or A’tin was left unaffected by the intense and moving tone of the evening.
